With a unique blend of expertise in regulatory affairs, digital health, health economics, and IT, he is dedicated to making prevention simple and actionable. This vision is at the core of PrevaNova’s prevention portal, where his focus is on reducing complexity, enhancing access, and moving toward connected health prevention solutions.
Sarah is a purpose-driven innovator, blending scientific expertise with strategic leadership to create meaningful change in healthcare. As a co-founder of PrevaNova she brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of pharmaceuticals, digital transformation, market access and social impact. She is pioneering new approaches to measuring and valuing social impact, drawing on her background in startup financial valuations and her work in Novartis’ award-winning Giving, Matching and Volunteering team to build frameworks that translate purpose into measurable impact.
A global health expert translating health operations expertise into action against NCDs. With over 20 years in global health and healthcare operations, Xavière brings expertise in translating complex strategies into impact, from leading multimillion-dollar programs at the Gates Foundation to optimizing care delivery at Stanford. Her experience bridging global institutions, governments, and local health systems strengthens PrevaNova’ mission to combat NCDs.
